Make a Booking

The steps in making a booking are listed below.

1.  Review the function room calendar below to ensure the preferred booking date is available.

2.  Download and review the Hire Agreement and Beverage Pricing (refer Downloads) for function room information and conditions of hire.

3.  Contact the Function Room Manager to discuss details of your booking.

4.  Only after contacting the Funtion Room Manager, complete the Function Room Hire Agreement (refer Downloads) and submit to the Function Room Manager along with the agreed hire fee or bond.

5.  Await acceptance by the Function Room Manager of you booking. 

Note: no new booking date(s) are confirmed unless verified by the Function Room Manager.
